An iTM lets you talk live with a Widget Financial teller through secure video while enjoying ATM‑style speed — and it extends drive‑thru service to earlier mornings, later evenings, and Saturdays when our lobby is closed. It’s the same friendly service, just delivered with extra convenience and flexibility.

Absolutely! The branch lobby remains open with the same staff you know. iTMs are an additional service channel in our drive‑thru areas; they don’t replace in‑person banking for members who prefer face‑to‑face interactions.

In most cases it’s actually faster. Because the teller on screen can serve two or three members at once (just like a drive‑thru tube line), routine transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, or transfers are completed in about the same time—or less—than a traditional teller line.

No problem. You can still visit the lobby, or ask a team member in the branch to assist you directly. We’re committed to meeting you in whatever way feels most comfortable.

Yes. Cash deposits are validated and credited immediately; check deposits are imaged and follow the same funds‑availability rules as an in‑branch deposit. You’ll receive a printed receipt with check images for your records.

iTMs do not accept loose or rolled coin. If you have coin to deposit or need rolled coin back, just step inside the branch — we’ll be happy to help

Official items like cashier’s checks, money orders, and replacement Visa cards require additional verification. As a result, those transactions are handled inside the branch. Simply step into the lobby and a teller will prepare the item for you on the spot.

Each iTM has built‑in speakers that the teller can lower, plus a handset for one‑to‑one audio if you’d like extra privacy. You can also step inside the lobby and complete your transaction at the teller line if that feels better.
